Main Ingredients
  • 1 package pre-made pizza dough You can also make your own dough.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • as needed Assorted toppings (pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, etc.) Get creative with your topping choices.
  • as needed Cooking spray or olive oil For greasing the baking sheet.
Optional Decorations
  • as needed sliced black olives For spider decorations.
  • as needed bell pepper For pumpkin faces.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface until it's about ¼ inch thick and use cookie cutters to create mini pizza shapes.
Assembling and Baking
  1. Place the dough shapes on the baking sheet and spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each.
  2. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Decorate with assorted toppings to create Halloween-inspired designs.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a minute, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
