Ingredients
  

For the meatball mixture
  • 1 lb ground chicken Main protein source.
  • 1 cup grated potato Adds moisture and texture.
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped Enhances flavor.

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Fresh herbs brighten the dish.

  • 1 large egg Binds the mixture together.
For cooking

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated potato, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and the egg. Mix it all together until well combined.
  2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs. Aim for uniform size so they cook evenly.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the meatballs to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest for a moment before serving. Enjoy with tzatziki sauce on the side!

Notes

These meatballs can be served with a Greek salad, roasted vegetables, or inside pita bread. They can also be frozen for later use.
