- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated potato, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and the egg. Mix it all together until well combined.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs. Aim for uniform size so they cook evenly.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the meatballs to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest for a moment before serving. Enjoy with tzatziki sauce on the side!
Notes
These meatballs can be served with a Greek salad, roasted vegetables, or inside pita bread. They can also be frozen for later use.
