Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1 cup warm milk whole, almond, oat, or coconut
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings optional for garnish
