Topping and Baking
- In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Cool for a few minutes, slice into squares, and serve warm.
