FAQs

Can I use another type of miso?
Yes! Red miso will add a deeper, bolder flavor, while white miso keeps it milder.

How long do leftovers last?
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Can I use regular butter instead of unsalted?
Yes, but adjust the salt accordingly since miso already has salt.

Storing & Freezing

  • Storing: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Freezing: Freeze roasted sweet potatoes without the miso butter. Reheat and add miso butter before serving.

Substitutions & Variations

  • Vegan Option: Use plant-based butter.
