Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup watermelon, diced
  • 1 number orange, segmented
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional) Optional for added sweetness
  • 1 number lime, juiced Optional for added flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash all your fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and dice the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Segment the orange, ensuring to remove any seeds.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepped fruits—strawberries, blueberries, grapes, watermelon, and orange segments.
  3. Drizzle honey or agave syrup over the mixed fruits for sweetness. Squeeze the lime juice for a zesty kick.
  4. Toss the fruit salad gently, being careful not to mush the fruits together.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the salad for a fresh hint of flavor.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.
