Ingredients
  

For the crescent rolls
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
For decoration
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or small candies (such as M&M’s or candy corn) Use these as 'buckles' for the hats.
  • 1 tube frosting (chocolate or orange colored) For decoration.
  • optional edible glitter or Halloween-themed sprinkles To add extra flair.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
  3. For each triangle of dough, carefully roll it into a cone shape starting from the largest side.
  4. Mold and pinch the top to ensure it sticks together.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the formed witch hats on it with space between each.
  6. Press a few chocolate chips or candies into the top of each witch hat as the 'buckle.'
Baking and Decorating
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool slightly, then use frosting to draw accents on the hats or sprinkle with edible glitter or candies.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
