  1. Brew the Coffee: Begin by brewing 1 cup of your favorite coffee using your preferred method.
  2. Prepare the Strawberries: While the coffee is brewing, wash and hull your strawberries, then blend them until smooth. Optionally add sugar.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and whip until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Combine: Gently fold the pureed strawberries into the whipped cream to create a pink swirl.
  5. Assemble: Pour the hot brewed coffee into a cup and top with the strawberry cream.
  6. Serve: Optionally garnish with cocoa powder or fresh strawberry slices and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For best results, use cold tools for whipping cream and adjust sugar to taste. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, keeping cream and coffee separate to maintain cream's fluffiness.
