Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the lemonade and pink lemonade concentrate. Whisk them together until they are fully blended.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently to preserve the light, airy texture.
  3. Fill serving glasses with ice. Pour the whipped lemonade mixture over the ice, leaving some room at the top for garnishing.
  4. Add a lemon slice on the rim of each glass for flavor and color. Serve immediately.

Notes

If you can’t find pink lemonade concentrate, substitute it with regular lemonade concentrate and a splash of cranberry juice. To keep the whipped lemonade fluffy, only combine the whipped cream just before serving, and avoid pre-made whipped topping for best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
