Ingredients
  

Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup pink lemonade concentrate Can be substituted with fresh lemonade if desired.
  • 1 cup cold water Use filtered water for best taste.
Whipped Cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream Lighter or non-dairy versions can be used.
For Garnish
  • as needed lemon slices For presentation.
  • as needed ice cubes To serve in glasses.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of pink lemonade concentrate and 1 cup of cold water. Stir well until evenly mixed.
  2. Fold in the 2 cups of whipped cream gradually using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Serving
  1. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the whipped lemonade mixture over the ice until the glass is nearly full.
  3. Garnish with lemon slices on the rim of the glasses.

Notes

For calorie reduction, use lighter whipped cream. Serve immediately to maintain fluffiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but the texture will diminish. Freezing is not recommended.
