- Scoop out 4 cups of ripe watermelon and cut it into cubes, ensuring to remove any seeds for a smooth popsicle texture.
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and lime juice. Optionally, add sugar if you prefer a sweeter popsicle. Blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
Assembly
- Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion when frozen.
- If your molds require popsicle sticks, insert them now. If they do not, you can skip this step.
Freezing
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
Serving
- To remove the popsicles from their molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use fresh, ripe watermelon. Customize sweetness levels and add other fruits for variations. Store popsicles wrapped in plastic in a freezer-safe container for 2-3 months.
