Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and deseeded Use ripe and sweet watermelon for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust to sweetness preference) Adjust the sugar according to your sweetness preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, enhances flavor) Using lime juice helps enhance the flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Scoop out 4 cups of ripe watermelon and cut it into cubes, ensuring to remove any seeds for a smooth popsicle texture.
  2. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and lime juice. Optionally, add sugar if you prefer a sweeter popsicle. Blend until smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
Assembly
  1. Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion when frozen.
  2. If your molds require popsicle sticks, insert them now. If they do not, you can skip this step.
Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
Serving
  1. To remove the popsicles from their molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe watermelon. Customize sweetness levels and add other fruits for variations. Store popsicles wrapped in plastic in a freezer-safe container for 2-3 months.
