  • 4 cups watermelon, diced and seeded Make sure to remove all seeds.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your watermelon into small chunks.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the diced watermelon, sugar, and lime juice. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth puree.
Pouring
  1. Carefully pour the smooth watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to about three-quarters full.
Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer and allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Serving
  1. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

Best enjoyed within two weeks. Store in an airtight container in the freezer to maintain freshness. Avoid over-blending to prevent icy texture.
