Crafted with a perfect blend of cream cheese, crab meat, and a hint of Old Bay seasoning, each bite is like a little party in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce optional
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup lump crab meat canned or fresh, drained and picked through
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This step ensures that your dip bakes evenly and comes out bubbly and delicious.
  • Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and hot sauce (if you’re using it). Mix everything together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the Goodies: Fold in the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and lump crab meat. Don't forget to season with salt and black pepper to taste; this will enhance all the flavors beautifully.
  • Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the creamy crab mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake to Perfection: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the dip is hot, bubbly, and has a lightly golden top.
  • Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions for a pop of color and fresh flavor. Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or buttery crackers.
