Ingredients
  

  • - 2 large apples Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or your choice, chopped
  • - 1 cup red seedless grapes halved
  • - 1/2 cup celery thinly sliced
  • - 1/2 cup walnuts roughly chopped (toasted for extra flavor, optional)
  • - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp honey or sugar optional, for sweetness
