  • - ¼ cup vodka
  • - ½ cup heavy cream

  • - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • - 4 sandwich rolls ciabatta, hoagie, or brioche

Method
 

  1. #### **Step 1: Prepare & Cook the Chicken**
  2. Place chicken pieces between two pieces of plastic wrap and **pound to ½-inch thickness**.
  3. Set up a breading station:
  4. **Flour** in one bowl
  5. **Beaten eggs** in another
  6. **Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes** in a third bowl.
  7. Dredge each chicken piece in **flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs**, pressing to coat evenly.
