Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the liquid.
  2. Let your mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover your bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. When ready to serve, uncover your pudding and stir well. Portion it into bowls and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Best enjoyed fresh. No reheating necessary.
