  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate chips for a richer taste.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed Oreos or chocolate cookies Optional addition for extra flavor.
  • to taste blood-red sprinkles For decoration and spooky effect.

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and crushed Oreos (if using) until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle blood-red sprinkles on top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Lift out of the pan and cut into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before enjoying.
