Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by washing the bell peppers. Cut them into quarters, removing seeds and stems.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pepper quarters in a large Ziploc bag or bowl, pour the marinade over, and seal. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.

  3. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side or until tender and slightly charred.
Serving
  1. Arrange the grilled peppers on a serving platter, and top with torn pieces of burrata cheese.
  2. Drizzle with any leftover marinade (optional) and sprinkle fresh herbs for garnishing.
  3. Gather your family and friends, and dive into a plate of these delicious grilled marinated peppers!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the grilled peppers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. For optimal taste and texture, reheat in a skillet over medium heat instead of using a microwave.
