Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, ensuring no flour pockets remain.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Spoon the cookie dough mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake the pie in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- If desired, add extra marshmallows on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Once baked, let the pie cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For ingredients substitutions, consider using whole grain flour or coconut sugar for a healthier option. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
