Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. If using optional toppings, chop them up in advance.
Make the Filling
  1. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice if using.
  3. Add cottage cheese to the mashed avocado and mix until well combined but still slightly chunky.
Assembly
  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the cottage cheese avocado mixture down the center.
  2. Sprinkle optional toppings if using.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly.
Serving
  1. Cut the wrap in half at an angle for presentation and serve with extra toppings if desired.

Notes

Consider using large lettuce leaves for a low-carb option. Make the filling ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days, but do not assemble too far in advance to avoid soggy tortillas.
