Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix Check for halal-friendly options.
For the Ice Cream Layer
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened) Can substitute with other halal-friendly flavors.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup (halal-friendly)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (halal-friendly)
  • Chocolate shavings For garnish.
  • Sprinkles Optional.

Method
 

Preparation of Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions and pour it into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Cooling and Layering
  1. Once baked, remove the brownies and allow them to cool completely in the pan.
  2. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly on top of the cooled brownies.
Freezing and Decorating
  1. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  2. After the ice cream layer has solidified, remove the cake from the freezer and carefully take it out of the pan.
  3. Top it with chocolate syrup and whipped cream, then sprinkle chocolate shavings and colorful sprinkles on top.
Serving
  1. Slice your cake and serve immediately.

Notes

Store the cake in the freezer for up to a month wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn. Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before slicing if serving cold.
