Method
Preparation of Brownies
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions and pour it into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Cooling and Layering
- Once baked, remove the brownies and allow them to cool completely in the pan.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly on top of the cooled brownies.
Freezing and Decorating
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- After the ice cream layer has solidified, remove the cake from the freezer and carefully take it out of the pan.
- Top it with chocolate syrup and whipped cream, then sprinkle chocolate shavings and colorful sprinkles on top.
Serving
- Slice your cake and serve immediately.
Notes
Store the cake in the freezer for up to a month wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn. Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before slicing if serving cold.
