Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract into the mixture.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool for about 10 minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
Decoration
- Once fully cooled, frost with your favorite frosting and sprinkle generously with decorations.
