  • 1 package gnocchi (about 1 lb) Use either fresh or shelf-stable gnocchi.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese and herbs for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serving
  1. Transfer the gnocchi to a serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For perfect results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and keep an eye on the gnocchi to avoid burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month.
