  • 1 scoop protein powder Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder Unsweetened preferred.
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter Use creamy or crunchy as per preference.
  • 1/4 cup water or milk Milk will produce a creamier texture.
  • to taste sweetener sweetener Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir well.
  2. Add the peanut or almond butter into the bowl, followed by the water or milk. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Cooking
  1. Place your bowl in the microwave and cook on high for about 60 seconds.
  2. Let it cool for a minute. The brownie should be firm to the touch but still soft in the center.
  3. Enjoy warm or cool further before savoring, topped with your favorite toppings if desired.

Notes
