  • - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  • **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • **Mix Ingredients:** In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing, beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • **Form Balls:** Using your hands, shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  • **Optional Brushing:** If desired, brush the tops of the balls with melted butter for a golden finish.
  • **Bake:** Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the balls are lightly browned. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
