These **Turkey Sliders with Cheese** are the perfect combination of **juicy, flavorful turkey, gooey melted cheese, and soft, buttery slider buns**.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • #### **For the Sliders**
  • - 1 lb ground turkey or 12 slices deli turkey
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil if using ground turkey
  • - 12 slider buns Hawaiian rolls or brioche
  • - 6 slices cheddar Swiss, or provolone cheese (cut in half)
  • #### **For the Butter Topping**
  • - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds or poppy seeds optional
  • - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • #### **Step 1: Prepare the Turkey**
  • **For Ground Turkey Sliders:** Heat **olive oil** in a skillet over **medium heat**. Add **ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika**. Cook for **5-7 minutes**, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Set aside.
  • **For Deli Turkey Sliders:** Layer **sliced deli turkey** directly onto the sliders in Step 3.
  • #### **Step 2: Assemble the Sliders**
  • Preheat oven to **350°F (175°C)** and grease a **9x13 baking dish or baking sheet**. Slice the **slider buns in half**, keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the **bottom half of the buns in the baking dish**. Layer **cooked ground turkey or deli turkey** evenly over the buns. Add **cheese slices** over the turkey. Place the **top half of the slider buns** over the filling.
  • #### **Step 3: Make the Butter Topping**
  • In a small bowl, mix **melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder**. Brush the **butter mixture** generously over the top of the buns. Sprinkle with **sesame seeds or poppy seeds** if desired.
