#### **Step 1: Prepare the Turkey**
**For Ground Turkey Sliders:** Heat **olive oil** in a skillet over **medium heat**. Add **ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika**. Cook for **5-7 minutes**, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Set aside.
**For Deli Turkey Sliders:** Layer **sliced deli turkey** directly onto the sliders in Step 3.
#### **Step 2: Assemble the Sliders**
Preheat oven to **350°F (175°C)** and grease a **9x13 baking dish or baking sheet**. Slice the **slider buns in half**, keeping the tops and bottoms intact. Place the **bottom half of the buns in the baking dish**. Layer **cooked ground turkey or deli turkey** evenly over the buns. Add **cheese slices** over the turkey. Place the **top half of the slider buns** over the filling.
#### **Step 3: Make the Butter Topping**
In a small bowl, mix **melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder**. Brush the **butter mixture** generously over the top of the buns. Sprinkle with **sesame seeds or poppy seeds** if desired.
#### **Step 4: Bake & Serve**
Cover with foil and **bake for 10 minutes**. Remove foil and bake for an additional **5 minutes**, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted. Garnish with **chopped parsley** and serve warm.
