  • 2 large tortillas or wraps

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Stir until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Fold in the shredded cheese until the mixture is creamy and cheesy.
Assembling the Wrap
  1. Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the tuna filling in the center of each tortilla.
  2. Top the filling with fresh lettuce and tomato slices.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from one end to the other.
Cooking the Wrap
  1. Optional: If you prefer a toasty wrap, heat it on a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
