- Pour the tuna mixture into the dish or ramekins and bake for about 30 minutes until set.
Chive Sauce Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix chopped fresh chives, sour cream, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Allow the flan to cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with fresh chive sauce.
Notes
You can substitute chives with green onions or sour cream with Greek yogurt. Keep an eye on the flan while baking to avoid overcooking.
