Ingredients
  

For the Tuna Flan
  • 1 can can of tuna (drained)
  • 3 pcs eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Chive Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Fresh chives (for the sauce)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain the tuna and set it aside. Crack the eggs into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Mixing
  1. Add the drained tuna, cream, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Blend until smooth.
Baking
  1. Grease a small baking dish or individual ramekins with oil or butter.
  2. Pour the tuna mixture into the dish or ramekins and bake for about 30 minutes until set.
Chive Sauce Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix chopped fresh chives, sour cream, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Allow the flan to cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with fresh chive sauce.

Notes

You can substitute chives with green onions or sour cream with Greek yogurt. Keep an eye on the flan while baking to avoid overcooking.
