Ingredients
  

For the Sangria Base
  • 1 cup tequila Use quality tequila for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur
  • 3 cups white wine
  • 2 cups orange juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
For the Fruit Garnish
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 whole kiwi, sliced
To Serve
  • 1 cup soda water Add just before serving for fizz.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the tequila, orange liqueur, white wine, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Stir gently until all the ingredients are combined.
  2. Toss in the sliced strawberries, diced pineapple, and kiwi slices.
  3. Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the soda water and gently stir to combine.
  5. Fill glasses with ice, pour the sangria over, and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.

Notes

You can explore different tropical fruits according to your preference, and adjusting sweetness can be done with a splash of simple syrup if desired. Store leftovers without soda water for best results.
