Marinating the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Add the chicken pieces and mix until well-coated. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Preparing the Kabobs
- After marinating, take the skewers and thread the chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and onion alternately until the skewers are loaded.
Grilling the Kabobs
- Preheat your grill over medium heat. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill. Cook for around 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Serving
- Remove kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a sprinkle of fresh herbs for extra flavor.
Notes
