  • 1 cup 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh or canned pineapple works in this recipe.
  • 1 cup 1 cup mango chunks Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
Liquid Base
  • 1 cup 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt Full-fat coconut yogurt can be used for creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon honey Optional for sweetness adjustment.
Extras

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients and have them ready.
  2. Peel the banana and chop it into smaller pieces for easier blending. Chop fresh pineapple and mango into chunks.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine banana, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and coconut milk or yogurt. If desired, add honey.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. If using ice, add it now and blend until incorporated.
Finishing Touch
  1. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
  2. Pour into your favorite glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For added creaminess, substitute banana with avocado or use frozen fruit. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; shake well before serving. For meal prep, freeze individual portions for up to three months.
