Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the dark, milk, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each for spreading.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown but the centers remain soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For best texture, use room temperature ingredients. Chill the dough for added chewy factor. Experiment with different chocolate types or add chopped nuts for texture.
