Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
- Spread the cubed bread evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Gently fold the mixed berries into the custard mixture, then pour it over the bread.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until golden and fluffy.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve warm.

For meal preps, consider making a double batch and freezing half. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
