- 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp olive oil divided
- 3 tbsp butter divided
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Heat Ingredients: In a large skillet, heat 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat.
Season and Sear Steak: Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Once the skillet is hot, add the steak and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Once done, remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Cook Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet along with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Combine Flavors: Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together for another minute to combine the flavors.
Garnish and Serve: Finally, garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
