Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Peel and slice the red onion as thinly as possible.
Combine
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the halved tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and sliced red onions.
  2. Gently toss them together to combine.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Dress the Salad
  1. Pour the dressing over the tomato and cucumber mixture.
  2. Toss everything gently to coat each bit in the dressing.
