Preparation
  1. Start by washing the tomatoes and avocados.
  2. Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Carefully cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Slice the avocados into cubes.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, avocado cubes, and finely chopped red onion.
Dressing
  1. Drizzle the mixture with fresh lime juice and olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Combining
  1. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently toss all the ingredients together, being cautious not to mash the avocados.
