Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking
