Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Ensure the chicken breasts are thawed and patted dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  3. Optional: Sprinkle fresh herbs or add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
