Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil, then add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve with your favorite side dish.
Notes
Keep an eye on the salmon during the last few minutes of baking as oven times may vary. Avoid overcooking to retain moisture.
