Preparation

Roasting
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the sweet potatoes for about 25-30 minutes.
  2. Halfway through, take them out and stir to ensure even cooking.
  3. Once golden and fork-tender, remove from the oven and let them sit for a few minutes before serving.
