Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Lay the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer, making sure they aren’t touching.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- While the wings bake, mix honey, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- After 25 minutes, remove the wings from the oven and brush them generously with the honey BBQ sauce mixture. Reserve some sauce for later if desired.
- Return the coated wings to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes.
