Taco Stuffed Shells: A Family Favorite

Taco Stuffed Shells are the epitome of comfort food, combining the best of both worlds: Italian pasta and bold Mexican flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Jumbo shells
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Taco sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 teaspoon Taco seasoning
  • Chopped green onions optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the jumbo shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream cheese, taco sauce, and taco seasoning until everything is well combined.
  • Stuff each shell with the flavorful beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top of the stuffed shells.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
