- Wash the spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt. Spin dry or pat dry with paper towels.
- Hull and slice the strawberries and thinly slice the red onion if using.
Assembly
- In a large salad bowl, place the fresh spinach, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Gently scatter the sliced strawberries over the spinach.
- Top the salad with sliced almonds (or any nuts you prefer) and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and lightly toss everything together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and give it a final toss.
Serving
- Serve the salad fresh, or keep it chilled until ready to enjoy.

For best flavor, enjoy the salad immediately. If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container for up to 2 days. It's best to keep the dressing separate until ready to serve.
