Ingredients

  • - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • - 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • #### **Step 1: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes**
  • Preheat oven to **350°F (175°C)**. Grease a **9x5-inch loaf pan**.
  • Cook sweet potatoes by roasting or boiling until soft. Mash until smooth.
