Preparation
- If you haven’t done so already, cook and shred your chicken. You can use leftover chicken for this, or quickly cook it in a skillet until tender.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce. Stir well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Lay the tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Start with placing a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Layer on the shredded lettuce, sliced bell peppers, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions for extra crunch and color.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom upwards to secure all the delicious fillings inside.
- Cut the wraps in half to make them easier to handle and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute with grilled chicken or tofu. Layer veggies as close to serving time as possible for maximum freshness. If using older tortillas, warm them in a dry skillet to make them pliable.
