- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, place the cauliflower florets. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat them evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss everything together until the florets are nicely coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once golden brown and tender, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving. Enjoy warm!
