Ingredients

  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 2 bags Frozen Meatballs
  • 1 packet Onion Soup Mix
  • Noodles
  • Beef Broth

Instructions

  • Prepare the Base: Empty both cans of cream of mushroom into your crockpot. It’s going to be the base of our delicious sauce!
  • Add Beef Broth: Fill each empty can of cream of mushroom with beef broth and pour that in too. This will thicken up your sauce wonderfully!
  • Mix it Up: Add in the onion soup mix. Stir everything together until it’s smooth and well combined because who wants lumpy sauce?
  • Incorporate Meatballs: Toss in the frozen meatballs. Give them a good stir to make sure they’re coated in that creamy, savory goodness.
  • Cook Low and Slow: Cover your crockpot and cook on low for about 5–6 hours. The longer, the better when it comes to flavors melding together beautifully.
  • Stir in Sour Cream: Once the meatballs are done, it’s time to fancy up your sauce! Stir in all the sour cream until it’s creamy.
  • Prepare the Noodles: Boil water for your noodles. Cook them according to the package instructions and drain well.
  • Combine Everything: Add the noodles right into the crockpot full of yummy meatballs! Give everything a good stir so the noodles are coated in that creamy goodness.
  • Serve & Enjoy: That’s it! Super easy, super delicious! Serve your Swedish meatballs hot, and watch everyone at the dinner table smile in delight.
