Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy. Add in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Grease or line a cake pan with parchment paper, then pour the batter into it, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Place your cake in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream, fresh fruit, or coffee. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or a week in the refrigerator.
