Ingredients

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
Cream Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
Berry Layer
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Wash and slice the berries
Jello Layer
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 package (6 oz) strawberry Jello

Method

Prepare the Base
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the mixture is crumbly. Press it firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to create the crust.
Make the Cream Layer
  1. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
Berry Layer
  1. Wash and slice your chosen berries. Scatter them over the cream cheese layer, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
Prepare the Jello
  1. In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Then add 2 cups of cold water and mix well.
Combine It All
  1. Carefully pour the Jello mixture over the berry and cream layers. It will mix slightly, and that’s okay! Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until completely set—ideally 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. This dessert can be customized with different flavors of Jello or fruits. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
