Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular) Greek yogurt adds creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust based on sweetness preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by hulking and slicing your strawberries. If you'd like a smoother texture, you can blend them to a puree instead!
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, yogurt, and honey. Stir until everything is well blended, and the distinct layers of flavor are harmonized.
  3. Pour the fruit-yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, filling each cavity about three-quarters full. If you want to add reserved strawberry slices, do it now.
Freezing
  1. Insert the popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
  2. To release your popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently tug on the sticks to remove the popsicles and enjoy them immediately!

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding other fruits like blueberries or kiwi. Adjust sweetness to taste. Store popsicles in a zip-top bag to last up to a month in the freezer.
